Siddan Chandra is a Toronto based filmmaker, writer, film festival programmer and accidental theorist of kidocracy, an antifascist educational theory. By stacking the lessons of Occupy, Arab Spring, Idle No More, MeToo, Black Lives Matter, Fridays For Future and other movements, Siddan (pronouns: they, them) promotes kidocratic education as a zone of radical happiness, created by minors and minorities, toward unlearning adult supremacy and majoritarian fascism. Sharing best practices of radical happiness and collective joy among the 99%, kidocracy aims to rejuvenate democracy so we can co-create the world of our dreams.
